Congrats to Patrick Taiwo on signing with Central Washington University. Taiwo definitely turned heads with his great display of athleticism at our 2010 combine in Seattle, Washington. He will be a demonate player at that level as we rated him a Division I player. The following was our prospect report of him:
Patrick Taiwo was one of our best defensive linemen in the combine. He has average height with good bulk for the position. He was very impressive in all the combine tests. He has natural power and strength at the point of attack and uses his hands to create separation. Taiwo feels pad pressure well to find the ball and has natural instincts. He is a powerful tackler in a confined area, and runs to the ball consistently. He is a solid pass rusher that anticipates well off the edge and can be a impact player in this phase of his game.
